The best introductory guide to gas stations with the lowest Gas cost and greater service in Tenerife...
Wait a minute…

You thought it was a boring article about how to get gas!? Not at all!

In this article we want to tell you about something special that happens at gas stations in Tenerife.
Although they may look like ordinary gas stations from the outside, inside, some of the gas stations on Tenerife (generally located along the coast) offer excellent dining and their must-have, spectacular views of the sea and the Tenerife coastline. Therefore they have become popular among locals and if you know to pick the right one, you are in for a treat.

It might sound bizarre, but if you happen to hear talk on the island about being at one of these gas stations to have lunch or dinner, know people might be on to something. They are fun local places that give you a true local experience, especially after finishing one of the wonderful but tiring adventures on the island.

For example, What if we tell you that after Hiking on the volcano Teide, on the way back to Nine, you can stop at a gas station to have a very nice Healthy Veggie Burger, and enjoying this VIEW?

Or, What if during a trip heading to the north West of The Island You can Eat this?

And enjoying this landscape!

Prepare your self with a bit of patience, these places are often quite busy, sometimes all the tables are even full. It will be then your task to learn what the peaks and golden hours are, in order to take full advantage of these restaurants.

Ah! don't forget to Tank!

Just returning to the boring blog topic about the cost of living, the price of gas is much lower than in the rest of Europe, for example, in this month of September, gasoline is about 1.25 euros per liter on Tenerife! Renting a car is also usually quite cheap, so you might consider renting a car. At the same time, we encourage you to consider sharing a car with others as traffic on the island is getting busier with more and more tourists renting cars. The bus system on Tenerife is not always the fastest, but it is reliable and gets you to most places. For more natural and of the beaten path destinations, a car becomes a must though.
